Milan, Italy – At the 83rd EICMA two-wheeler exhibition held in Milan, Italy, GMI, through its Italian joint venture I-Star, unveiled our new product- PANGOLIN cargo bike, drawing strong on-site attention from distributors, fleet operators and delivery companies.

The PANGOLIN cargo bike became one of the key focal points of GMI’s exhibition presence at EICMA. Positioned as a new model at the entire exhibition specifically dedicated to solving the last-mile delivery problem, it attracted a steady flow of visitors to the GMI stand, including dealers and distributors from Italy and other European markets, logistics and urban delivery companies, fleet operators, e-commerce and parcel delivery service providers, rental operators and industry media.

On-site interest focused on practical commercial requirements. Visitors asked detailed questions about payload capacity, cargo box configurations, battery range and charging efficiency, maneuverability in dense urban traffic, durability under daily delivery operations, maintenance cost, spare parts support and European certification compliance. Many visitors described the PANGOLIN as a timely solution for the growing pressure on urban last-mile delivery, where operators need vehicles that are durable, reliable, easy to maneuver and cost-effective over a long service life.

The exhibition generated clear purchase inquiries and initial cooperation intentions. During the show, the GMI and I-Star teams held multiple rounds of business discussions with potential buyers and partners. Several distributors and fleet operators expressed interest in receiving detailed specifications, quotations and delivery schedules, and requested follow-up test arrangements through I-Star’s Italian platform.

Cooperation intentions were equally concrete. GMI and I-Star used the exhibition to meet existing partners and develop new channel relationships in Italy and neighboring European markets. Potential partners showed strong interest in moving from initial talks to pilot projects, sample evaluation and regional distribution agreements, with I-Star positioned to provide local follow-up, customer service and partner coordination.

The strong on-site response reflects GMI’s broader manufacturing foundation. As a professional manufacturer with 16 years of experience in electric cars, electric logistics vehicles, Mokes and the electric car industry, GMI builds vehicles characterized by durability, reliability, ease of maneuverability and a long service life. GMI vehicles use top-quality Chinese engines, gearboxes, axles and high-quality gear pumps to ensure reliable operation under the toughest working conditions.

GMI’s E-MOKE, G-MOKE and ELECTRIC PONY models have obtained EEC certification of the EU and DOT certification of the USA, and have been exported to Europe, the USA, the Caribbean and Southeast Asia for many years, achieving a good reputation in international markets. Through I-Star, GMI is now bringing this experience and quality base closer to Italian and European customers, with faster local response and stronger support for distributors and fleet operators.

Following its debut at the 83rd EICMA, GMI will continue to promote the PANGOLIN cargo bike through I-Star in Italy and selected European markets, with priority on pilot fleets, distributor cooperation, sample evaluation and localized customer support.
